RigidConstraint

Show Deprecated

RigidConstraint connects the Attachment0 and Attachment1 with zero offset.

It functions similarly to WeldConstraint, which uses two BaseParts directly. However, this object uses two Attachments instead, which makes attaching accessories to avatars easy to do without code as you can use attachments on the rig.

In Studio, you can create a RigidConstraint in the Constraints section of the Model tab.

DestructionEnabled

Not Browsable

Enables destruction of the constraint by turning on force computations. If the internal reaction force or torque of the constraint exceeds their respective thresholds, the constraint breaks.

DestructionForce

Not Browsable

If the internal reaction force of the constraint exceeds this value, the constraint breaks.

DestructionTorque

Not Browsable

If the internal reaction torque of the constraint exceeds this value, the constraint breaks.
