In the Dragger QoL Beta, you can once again summon the handles using Tab even if the part under the cursor is Locked. This means you can summon the Move handles to any point on Baseplate again.

Improves grid snapping for cylinders with an odd size under the Dragger QoL Beta. You can now grab a cylinder either relative to the center of face or the edge of bounding box depending where you click on it.

Fixes the initial checked status of the snapping checkboxes in the ribbon. If you had grid snap disabled in the previous session, Studio remembered this state correctly, but would initially show the checkbox visually checked.
