LDL constraint solver performance improvements.

CoreScript now has RobloxScript class permission. Cannot be moved, renamed, disabled, etc... by plugins or gamescripts.

• Deduplicated collision geometry for Unions and MeshParts. This will lead to less memory usage when using identical, but resized meshes.

Studio updates (Windows)...

• No longer forcibly shut down Studio. Shutting down Studio is now an exclusive right of the developer!
• No longer prevent you from opening new instances of Studio
• No longer impact test sessions
• No longer pull you out of a fullscreen game at 1 AM to tell you all of your open place instances are shutting down. If Studio is idle, it will remain idle!
