Address issues on macOS 10.11.0 - 10.11.5 due to Metal.

Enable user to mass update nested packages.

Welds created automatically with Join Surfaces enabled, are removed automatically when connected parts are deleted. Saved/published selections also will not save welds that are connected to outside the selection.

Fixed frame spikes when complex mechanisms awake.

Fix color picker appearing in wrong location

• Made "File->save As" not block the screen
• Fixed issue with the interaction between "File->save As" and Draft Games
