Collections returned by `Class.CollectionService:CreateCollection()` now provide GetCount() in place of GetSize(), and no longer expose the Id property. Root and Query are unchanged. This surface is behind FFlagCollectionTopLevelAccessors and is off by default, so there is no change in behavior for live experiences.

Fixes an issue where default `Class.PlayerScript` objects would error with calling new coroutines in simulation callbacks when interfacing with the Character Controller Library.

Adds inferred type information for `Class.Instance:QueryDescendants()`.

Adds additional logging on crash reporter initialization failures to support faster turn-around fixes.
