Improves performance of Luau tables when accessing with a dynamic key (`t[x]` - 10-18% faster read, 18-25% faster write) as well as improving performance of a rehash on a new key insertion.

Set `UserInputService.PreferredInput` to `Enum.PreferredInput.MicroGamepad|MicroGamepad` for when a player has connected or most recently interacted with a gamepad without a thumbstick (for example, a TV remote or another limited-input gamepad).

Introduces `ChatWindowConfiguration.TextChannelDisplayMode` which allows creators to describe whether all TextChannels (previous default behavior) or only channels created via `TextChatService.CreateDefaultTextChannels` will render in the primary experience chat window.

Studio upgrades Cameras into ViewportCameras with the same properties upon insertion (paste or import rbxm) to avoid authoring complications around ThumbnailCameras and ViewportFrames.

glTF export now logs a warning when it omits a part because that part's mesh produced no geometry, and the warning includes the part's mesh content id so the omission can be matched against the asset fetch that failed. Previously the part was dropped with no node, no mesh, and no log line, and the export still reported success. The exported glTF is unchanged; this only adds log output, behind FFlagGltfExportLogOmittedInstances, which is off by default.

glTF asset export now treats materials with no explicit metalness map (plain colored parts, classic textures, and SurfaceAppearances with only an albedo/normal map) as dielectric — metallic_factor defaults to 0 instead of 1 — so exported avatars and parts no longer render near-black under image-based lighting. Materials that carry a metalness map are unaffected. Gated behind FFlagGltfExportDielectricMetallicDefault (default off).

Fixes empty MeshParts becoming much darker after FragmentAsync or other solid-modeling operations.

Fixes bug where Roblox Studio could crash after publishing a place for the first time.

Fixes a bug where Luau's type analysis would be overly permissive, leading to false negatives, when checking the bodies of generic functions in strict mode.

For example, functions like `function call<T>(f: (T) -> T) f(nil) end` will no longer type check in strict mode since `nil` is not of the generic type `T`.

Keeps auto save files when a studio user is kicked out of their place from a ban moderation.
