The velocity constraint mode sets how the attachment velocity is constrained.
The velocity can be constrained to a line, a plane or a vector. See each mode
for more details.


Line

The velocity component in the direction of the line is constrained to the
specified value. The line direction is based on the RelativeTo property:

- RelativeTo_Attachment0: The line direction is the primary axis of
  attachment0.
- RelativeTo_Attachment1: The line direction is the primary axis of
  attachment1.
- RelativeTo_World: The line direction must be specified.


Plane

The velocity components in the plane are constrained to the specified
values. The plane tangents are based on the RelativeTo property:

- RelativeTo_Attachment0: The plane tangents are the two axes of
  attachment0.
- RelativeTo_Attachment1: The plane tangents are the two axes of
  attachment1.
- RelativeTo_World: The two plane tangents must be specified


Vector

The velocity components must be equal to the vector components specified.
The coordinate system of the vector is based on the RelativeTo property:

- RelativeTo_Attachment0: The vector components are in the coordinate
  system defined by the axes of attachment0.
- RelativeTo_Attachment1: The vector components are in the coordinate
  system defined by the axes of attachment1.
- RelativeTo_World: The coordinate system is in the world and the vector
  components must be specified.


VelocityConstraintMode

The velocity constraint mode property controls how the linear velocity of the
attachment(s) is constrained.


Default Value: {defaultValueStart}{defaultValueEnd}

This function returns immediately if possible, but can yield the thread that called it until it can return a value.

This member doesn’t appear in the object browser and is not intended for widespread use.

This member is only accessible only through the command bar. Attempting to access this member from scripts causes an error.

This function can’t pause the Lua thread that called it.

Attempting to access this member in scripts causes an error. You might be able to access this member from Roblox Studio's property window.

This member doesn’t appear in Roblox Studio’s Object Browser.

This class is a top-level singleton. Retrieve an instance of this class with the GetService function.

Multiple threads can potentially write to this property, so it’s unsafe to read from unsynchronized threads.
