Uses the `Class.SurfaceAppearance.ColorMap|ColorMap` alpha channel to
control the transparency of the surface.


TintMask

Uses the `Class.SurfaceAppearance.ColorMap|ColorMap` alpha channel to
control the amount of `Class.SurfaceAppearance.Color` tinting.


Opaque

Ignores the `Class.SurfaceAppearance.ColorMap|ColorMap` alpha channel and
assumes an opacity value of 1 everywhere.
