properties — such as force, velocity, or torque vectors — are interpreted.
Used by the `Class.VectorForce.RelativeTo`, `Class.LinearVelocity.RelativeTo`,
`Class.Torque.RelativeTo`, and `Class.AngularVelocity.RelativeTo` properties,
as well as `Class.AlignPosition.ForceRelativeTo`. When set to
`Enum.ActuatorRelativeTo|Attachment0` or
`Enum.ActuatorRelativeTo|Attachment1`, the direction rotates with the
referenced attachment's orientation; when set to
`Enum.ActuatorRelativeTo|World`, it remains fixed in world space.
