Validates `Class.AnimationGraphDefinition` and log errors in the Developer Console if there are violations.

Windows Accessibility Hotkeys to enable Filter Keys, Sticky Keys, and Toggle Keys no longer create a pop-up dialog if activated during runtime.  This change only affects the pop-up dialog. If the accessibility feature was enabled via Windows OS, the feature will continue to behave exactly the same as before.

Adds `Class.UserService:GetUserFromGlobalUserIdAsync()` method.

Adds `Class.CharacterMesh.MeshContent`, `Class.CharacterMesh.BaseTextureContent`, and `Class.CharacterMesh.OverlayTextureContent` properties.

Fixes an issue where a UI element re-parented into a `Class.Frame` inside a `Class.ScrollingFrame` could appear pinned in place when slowly scrolled out of view.

Fixes flag emoji not being handled correctly by `Library.utf8.graphemes()`.

Fixes an issue with cylinder part UVs being rotated 180 degrees on the back face.

Fixes an issue where a `Class.Sky` object parented to a `Class.ViewportFrame` object could be influenced by the `Class.Sky` object in the `Class.Lighting` service, causing unintended lighting changes in the viewport.

Fixes a crash that would occur when there were many `Class.AudioEmitter.AudioInteractionGroup|AudioEmitter` audio interaction groups.

Fixes a bug in `Class.UserInputService.GetStringForKeyCode` that would return "A" (or keyboard equivalent) for unrecognized KeyCodes on MacOS.

Fixes a bug where an `Enum.AnimationNodeType.ClipNode` with a large `Speed` value would cause Studio to hang.

Animation Graph Editor: Fixes a bug so that having the Script Editor open no longer blocks actions like delete.

`TextBounds` property is now correct for text instances parented to a `Class.BillboardGui`.

Displays a proper error message when the fallback engine font doesn't load correctly.

Particle emitters with `Enum.ParticleOrientation` set to `VelocityPerpendicular` now behave correctly with rotations.

Animation Graph Editor: Fixes a bug where dragging from an enum pin would create a broken parameter.
